Hi, I'm Natalie Robertson! Founder and CEO of The Social Life, Consultant Social Worker and Well-being Coach.
My journey in social work has been filled with ups and downs but I wouldn't change it for the world!
With experience in Youth Offending, Child Protection, and School-Based Social Work and most recently as an ASYE Assessor and Academy Professional Development Manager, I fully understand the highs and challenges of social work.
Early in my career, I faced burnout due to struggling with unstable management in a highly emotional role as well as personal challenges within my family and relationships. This led me to discover coaching and nervous system regulation—tools that transformed my life and career. I was able to completely improve my health, skin condition and improve my capacity to handle stress in the role.

This inspired me to create The Social Life, where I now help social workers transform their relationship with stress, boosting their confidence, calm, and well-being for lasting success in the profession.
